Three Kings´ Altar with paintings by Hans Süß von Kulmbach.

The  main piece of the altar screen shows the adoration of the three kings in a wood relief.

The wood carvings in the predella showing the birth of Christ are accompanied by the depiction of the annunciation in the left wing and by the depiction of the circumcision in the right wing.
When closed, the predella shows the resurrected Christ on the left and St. Mary on the right.
When closed, the main piece shows from left to right:
St. Sebastian, St. Andrew, St. Anthony, and St. Christopher.

The base shows on both sides of the predella painted columns, on the right complemented by two pewters.

On the rear side the Last Judgment is depicted in three parts with Christ as the Judge of the World in the center, those doomed to perdition on the right and the blessed ones on the left. This is supplemented by the depiction of the cloth of St. Veronica in the predella.

Left side: The Blessed are guided by Adam and Eve to St. Peter into Paradise.

Right side: Those doomed to perdition suffer the torments of hell.

Three Kings´ Altar with paintings by Hans Süß von Kulmbach.

The  main piece of the altar screen shows the adoration of the three kings in a wood relief.

The wood carvings in the predella showing the birth of Christ are accompanied by the depiction of the annunciation in the left wing and by the depiction of the circumcision in the right wing.
When closed, the predella shows the resurrected Christ on the left and St. Mary on the right.
When closed, the main piece shows from left to right:
St. Sebastian, St. Andrew, St. Anthony, and St. Christopher.

The base shows on both sides of the predella painted columns, on the right complemented by two pewters.

On the rear side the Last Judgment is depicted in three parts with Christ as the Judge of the World in the center, those doomed to perdition on the right and the blessed ones on the left. This is supplemented by the depiction of the cloth of St. Veronica in the predella.

Left side: The Blessed are guided by Adam and Eve to St. Peter into Paradise.

Right side: Those doomed to perdition suffer the torments of hell.
