Ch. Lenz (cast) _____________ To commemorate the philosopher Ludwig Feuerbach's stay in Nuremberg from 1860 to 1872, the magistrate unveiled a memorial plaque on his 100th birthday on July 28, 1904 at the house where he died at the foot of the Rechenberg (near today's house at Sulzbacher Straße 51), but that was already in 1916 was demolished. The memorial plaque from 1906 was placed near the monument on April 11, 1999.
