Simon Naub (1562-1611) from Frankfurt am Main was a wheat beer brewer by profession. On 12.12.1586 he married Maria, née Händel, widow of the wheat beer brewer Adam Heinfelder. He was a member of the Great Council from 1593 to 1611. There is a medal dated 1587 on him and his wife Maria.
