Portrait of A. Kath. Wilh. Maria Schütz

Portrait of A. Kath. Wilh. Maria Schütz

Portrait of A. Kath. Wilh. Maria Schütz

1820

Born on May 2, 1797, in Altdorf, she was murdered along with her employer in the night of September 20-21, 1820, by the most cruel and depraved creatures of humanity in the most gruesome manner. A pious child of her parents, with the most impeccable conduct, a faithful and diligent servant of her master, she is universally mourned with the deepest sorrow by acquaintances and strangers alike.

Her death was terrible!

But her awakening will be glorious.

Location: private

Design: Buchner, Georg Paul
