The fountain consists of a multi-sectioned square pillar, in front of which is a delicate, semicircular basin. Above it is a lion mask as a gargoyle. The pillar is decorated on the sides with a torch relief with ribbons and topped with an architrave with a star motif. A bronze eagle figure that once crowned the fountain is now missing.
