Architect of Historism in Nuremberg, restorer of St. Selbaldus Church.

By building St Peter Church in the quarter of Gleißhammer he proves to be a disciple of the Late Gothic Revival Epoch using an original centralizing floor plan and in parts pilasters with emphasis on the lofts. For the St. Anton Church he used an eclectic Neo-Romanesque approach, Byzantine, partly late Gothic.
