From 1947 to 1950, he studied at the Munich Academy of Fine Arts under Josef Wackerle. He received the Kempten Art Prize in 1964, the Oberstdorf Art Prize in 1967, and the Augsburg Swabian Art Prize in 1978. He received the Augsburg Diocese Art Prize in 1978. Works: NUREMBERG, Corner of the Hospital Pharmacy, Spitalgasse 2-6: Monument to Konrad Groß, 1967/68.
