Son of Johann Leonhard Sixtus. ∞ May 2, 1824 Anna Jacobina Carolina, daughter of Johann Jacob Drexel, lawyer. In the Bamberg State Library there is the list no. 1 of oil paintings ... which ... are available from Johann Jacob Lechner, antiquarian, book, art and natural history dealer in Nuremberg; he also ran a lending library. In 1829 the antiquarian bookshop was located at p. 883a (Rathausgasse 7), other business premises were at p. 639 (Paniersplatz 9) and p. 75 (Winklerstraße 37).
